Pics 04 to 07 show the location for our second dive whilst in Florida.  For reference Pic 06 is of me.

Picture 08 shows divers at play – at this point we were so drunk, and short of booze to drink, that we started to mix Bud-Lite with Chocolate Milkshake to make it go further.  Sounds like a horrible combination but trust me it tastes great when you are as drunk as we were on the night.

Picture 09 shows a view looking down toward the floor of the MCC at the US Space and Rocket Centers Space Camp training facility.

This was my first look at the new Orion and Altair simulators which you can just see to the right of the picture.

Pics 10 and 11 show the new space suit designs for USSRC Space Camp trainees.  Whilst intended primarily for Lunar based training they will also be used for Space Shuttle EVA training as well when required.

Chapter 96 – Pictures 00 to 20

Pics 00 to 00D show the two older and very non-working replica firearms I have and the incredible detail which can be found on the metalwork.

The barrels on both are blocked solid so even trying to load and then fire them is not a good idea.

Pic 02 shows me once again as I take my own “one small step” and my dream finally comes true.

C98 Pic 02

C98 Pic 02

Pic 03 shows me as I prepare to plant in the Lunar surface my very own, specially designed, custom flag, that had made the journey from my home in far away Yorkshire, had then left behind England and the United Kingdom of Great Britain as I had flown over the Atlantic Ocean to the US Space and Rocket Centres Space Camp training facility, and from there made the journey to our nearest neighbour in space – the Moon.

Pic 07 shows the final picture taken of the members of Phoenix team with staff from the USSRC.

Whilst they had all done an incredible job to support Phoenix, special mention has to be made for Chris Hatfield, Call-sign Ham, the Team Leader for the training team based at Area 51, who can be seen on the back row at the far left.  Chris worked a minor miracle to create the very special flag pole for me that I used to deploy my very special flag on the Lunar surface.
